【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoverstheprocedurefordesignating(withinASTMspecifications)standardgradesofflat-rolledelectricalsteelsmadetospecifiedmaximumvaluesofcoreloss.Thispracticeappliestomagneticallysoftironsandsteel(low-carbonsteelsandalloysofironwithsilicon,aluminum,andsoforth)whereacorelossmeasurementatastatedpeakvalueofalternatinginductionandastatedfrequency,suchas15kG(1.5T)and60Hz,isnormallyusedtogradethematerial.Thispracticealsoapplieswhensomeotherpropertyisspecified(oradifferentinductionorfrequency,orboth)asthelimitingcharacteristic,providedthematerialalsomeetsalltherequirementsoftheASTMspecification.1.2IndividualspecificationsthatareinconformitywiththispracticeareSpecificationsA677,A683,A726,A840/A840M,andA876.1.3Thevaluesstatedincustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)unitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
