【摘要】:EN50306-3specifiesrequirementsfor,andconstructionsanddimensionsof,multicorecables,rated300Vtoearth,ofthefollowingtype:Screened(0,5mmto2,5mm,numberofcoresfrom1to4)Allcableshavestrandedtinnedcopperconductors,andthinwallthickness,halogen-free,insulationandsheath.Theyareforuseinrailwayrollingstockasfixedwiring,orwiringwherelimitedflexinginoperationisencountered.Therequirementsprovideforacontinuousoperationallifeattemperaturesof90℃or105℃dependentuponthesheathsystemtype.NOTE1ForcableswithtypeS2sheathatemperatureof105℃isonlyallowedwhenspecificallytestedforthehigherrating(i.e.bylong-termthermalendurancetestingtodemonstratealifetimeofatleast20000hat125℃).Themaximumtemperatureforshort-circuitconditionsis160℃basedonadurationof5s.Underfireconditionsthecablesexhibitspecialperformancecharacteristicsinrespectofmaximumpermissibleflamepropagation(flamespread)andmaximumpermissibleemissionofsmokeandtoxicgases.TheserequirementsarespecifiedtopermitthecablestosatisfyHazardLevels2,3or4ofEN45545-1.NOTE2RequirementsfortheemissionofsmokeandgasesarenotspecifiedforcablesusedforHazardLevel1ofEN45545-1.NOTE3EN45545-1isstillunderdevelopmentandshouldbeconsulted.EN50306-3shouldbeusedinconjunctionwithEN50306-1,GeneralRequirements,andEN50306-2,Singlecorecables.note:1)Atdraftstage.
