【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthenotationtobeusedforstatingtheformat,i.e.thecharacterclasses,usedintherepresentationofdataelementsandthelengthoftheserepresentations.Italsospecifiesadditionalnotationsrelativetotherepresentationofnumericalfigures.Forexample,thisformattingtechniquemightbeusedaspartofthemetadatafordataelements.ThescopeofthisInternationalStandardislimitedtographiccharacters,suchasdigits,lettersandspecialcharacters.Thescopeislimitedtothebasicdatatypesofcharacters,characterstrings,integers,reals,andpointers.
