适用范围
本规范适用于额定电压不超过6300V的直流固定电容器，该类电容器以聚乙烯对苯二甲酸乙二醉醋(甸称聚醋)膜作介质和以薄的金属箔作电极。对于额定电压超过1000V的电容器，补充的试验和要求应在详细规范中规定。
本规范规定的电容器将用于电子设备中。 本规范不包括抑制无线电干扰用固定电容器。这类电容器在IEC384-14《电子设备用固定电容器第14部分:分规范:抑制无线电干扰用固定电容器试验方法的选择和一般要求)中规定。
